Bhd. , registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a diversified General Aviation company specialising in aircraft maintenance and aircraft components and related systems servicing and repair, as well as aircraft sales and after - sales support. A subsidiary of The Royal Malaysia Police Cooperative Society's group of companies, KOP AVIATION was incorporated on May 20, 1992, by a group of Ex-Police officers with an authorized capital of RM 5 million and paid-up capital of RM 1.05 million. KOP AVIATION SDN. BHD. has its head office at 3th Floor Police Cooperative Society's Building, No.1, Jalan Sulaiman, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. The company is wholly owned by the Royal Malaysia Police Cooperative Society, under KOP Mantap Berhad invesment arm of the Royal Malaysia Police Cooperative Society of Malaysia. RMP Cooperative Society was registered on 24th April 1928 as a thrift and loan Society for the benefit and the well being of its members comprising of the serving Police officers and civillian staff of The Royal Malaysia Police Airforce. To date the RMP Cooperative Society is one of the biggest Cooperative Society in Malaysia with membership of about 65000 Police officers and civillian staff of the organization. The current asset of the RMP Cooperative Society is amounting to RM 1 Billion.
